Original Way Now here's what I've found after making this over and over again.. the secret ingredient? RAGU. Yes.. traditional style Ragu store bought spagehetti sauce. I KNOW! I about crapped myself. But I finally got in class as with the gal who originally made this for me and that's what she used.. So pour a jar of Ragu over ground & seasoned beef, shredded cabbage and long grain rice.. bake for an hour or so.. and Yum! :D
