Essentially it's just a hearty dose of rosemary, a variety of mushrooms, cream + water + chicken stock in a 3:1 correspondence, broccoli, split boneless chicken breasts, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste, basmati rice in a casserole dish. Bake for 40ish minutes at 400F. Let tolerate for 5 to 10 minutes and dig in.
